"The place was great but I think that you should have TV’s is in every bedrooms. The floor plan wasn’t to my liking because I am a disabled person and I can’t walk up all those stairs. I feel like the living room and kitchen should have downstairs also the parking is horrible. But overall the stay was good"

"We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with this property. While we could overlook the property’s and room’s outdated feel, the holes in the sheets and towels, as well as the stench in the full bathroom were almost unbearable. The staff was unable and seemingly unwilling to rectify the situation and could not offer us a comparable room. I will not be returning to this property."

"It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air...

"Room was clean. The sliding door for the bathroom would not stay closed when in use. Area was safe and clean. Parking spots are TINY. No problems."

"Our 3rd Stay here, so we obviously like it. The King Junior Suite rooms are one of the best for the price and trust me, this visit I checked every hotel in DTLA, as we wanted to stay closer to the historic core, but it is really an easy walk to places like Grand Central Market area. It's convenient to most things, and the highway/freeway. Valet Hotel parking is $$, but after my search again in DTLA For a hotel, it is similar or more at all the other hotels. As well the resort fee, but again...
