"Staff was nice! Maintenance and housekeeping was amazing! We were disappointed with the roof top bar because it was closed Thursday night and Friday there was an event so we didn’t experience it! Other than that it was amazing! There is a bar on the first floor so we were able to have a drink and relax! "

Cons: the floor was a bit dirty and the tables were kinda sticky, and the things are a bit old."

"We have added on an upgrade to the lounge access and I think it is pretty worth of the money. Room are beautiful and have beautiful views on the 62 floor. Free breakfast has limited choices but food quality is overall good. "
