"Cleanlyness of our room was Very Satisfied towels replaced daily and Bedding freshly changed and made up. Staff: Checking in/Room Cleaning Staff were friendly and professional, My Brother and I were very disappointed on waking up to go downstairs for Breakfast serving cold already prepared: Eggs, Bacon, Sausages and Potatoes, and Coffee Machine down to make a cup of Capachino, Cafe Latte ect.ect., on the other hand freshly prepared Omelets/Sunnyside Eggs were the only Hot options on your plate....

"My stay was lovely. Clean, safe and conveniently located near many restaurants and shops in the lower Marais. Staff is on 24/7. My only complaint is that they offer afternoon/evening beverages and many of them were not available. Over all - highly recommend."

"The room had a great view but dead bug on inside of window. they did not clean our room and when we ask left for an hour and still did not clean it. Also went up to the restaurant to have a drink and was sat at a table that had guacamole smeared all over the table. I sat in white pants did not realize it was all over the chair I was sitting on. I could not get my white pants clean. On top of that we got charges that we have no idea from the hotel directly. We are trying to find out what...

"Lovely little hotel. We were very skeptical when we arrived, as there is a s*x shop across the street and a "love hotel" next door, but we were pleasantly surprised once we went inside. The hotel is decorated in a funky, modern style, and was very pleasant. Breakfasts were wonderful. The location was fairly central as well and was very walkable to metro stations and other attractions."

"We got the balcony with a view of the Effiel Tower for our final night in Paris and it was absolutely perfect. At night we had a couple of drinks on the balcony and watched it light up. Room has a great shower and the staff was very friendly."

"The staff made us feel exceptionally welcome. We arrived early on a Sunday morning and though our room was not ready (nor did we expect it to be!) we were offered a complimentary hot beverage (coffee, tea). After a long international flight and customs line, this was such a treat. The front desk texted once our room became available (bags already delivered to our room!) and was always ready with an umbrella due to the rainy weather. Our room was quite spacious and exquisitely decorated....
