"The hotel is basic and rooms are very small. Not quite on par with the holiday inn standard. It is con expected to the terminal but the walk is long and if you take the train it is very very slow. Next time I will just book a hotel near the airport and Uber, it’s not worth the connection to the airport and the extremely high prices. On the positive note, the breakfast is good. "

"The hotel is very nice and offers great value if you want to be close to Heathrow. It works out perfectly for me. The staff is very well trained and are high caliber! "Great location, big rooms, there's a tub and a walk in shower. only one chair and one couch; so if you want a room service it's less comfortable. The bed is a little too high, and too soft for our taste, and the twin beds (that were set together) were not fixed to the floor so whenever you get up or sit down you move the beds. The price was very high, but as they say "location' location location...)"

"I received a warm welcome by the staff named Gaurav Bisht. He let me check in earlier than usual.I also been upgraded to a bigger room. Besides that I received also tips where to eat and drink. The room was clean but outdated. My room was spacious with everything I needed! Such as föhn, iron and refrigerator. It’s convenient if you’re staying for a weekend in London. The bus runs frequently in the neighborhood. It’s also possible to walk to the train station. "
