St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, London
Of the dozens of hotels I have stayed in during the last five years, the St James Taj hotel is the best. The level of professionalism is unsurpassed and the courtesy of the staff is remarkable.

The Rubens at the Palace
The hotel is right next to Buckingham Palace. The staff is what makes this hotel great. However, the rooms are in need of some refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. Typical European sized rooms. Close to Victoria Station which makes it convenient to visit attractions.
