"Beautiful hotel. Amazing stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options including fresh honeycomb from their beehives and fresh peanut butter maker! Rooms a bit small but very nice and very clean. Lobby is absolutely gorgeous! Location is excellent, close to many main attractions and underground around the block. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it!"

"We had a lovely stay at St. James’ Court Taj. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very accessible location, which made getting around London extremely convenient. We truly appreciated how accommodating the team was with our kids’ food allergies and preferences. The staff helped curate menu options for them on demand, and we are really grateful for the effort and care shown throughout our stay. The hotel is definitely on the pricier side, but overall the experience was pleasant. One challenge we faced was during breakfast with kids. There were unusual restrictions around taking fruits, juice, or small breakfast items out of the breakfast area for children. Since getting the kids to sit and eat properly in the breakfast area was difficult, we almost ended up skipping breakfast and felt that part of the included breakfast value was wasted. Eventually, we chose to order everything to the room instead. We also noticed many discrepancies in the billing where the exact same item was charged differently on another day, which did not feel ethical and was disappointing. That said, overall we loved the property, the atmosphere, and especially the accessibility and hospitality."

"It’s our second time here in Park Plaza Westminster. I love how spacious the rooms are. I booked a studio room for 3 persons. Location is tops, near the London Eye and Elizabeth Tower. There are bus stops between a 3-5 min walk. Nearest underground is Waterloo which is an 8min walk."

"Room was dirty, so many issues. Had to switch rooms twice. Was given a room with dirty sheets was given another room with Beatles. At least there were no bedbugs was getting emails about being checked out during my stay. If I knew better, I would’ve stayed somewhere better but it was OK for the price. Also, the air-conditioning did not work during the day. Great location, though easy to get to and from Heathrow and anywhere else in the city."

"Broken AC (in a heat wave). 2am someone in fixing it. Gum stuck to table at check in. Had to call for towels everyday, room was cleaned once in 4 nights (requested daily). Took absolutely forever to check in with no explanation just disappeared for 15 minutes. We had to laugh it got so bad. Too bad, used to really enjoy his hotel and it’s just gone so downhill."
