"Our room was a walk out room with a patio door. The curtain was dirty. The wall had pop or coffee dried on it after dripping down. There was only 1 towel and 1 hand towel in the room. No bath mat. "Staff were extremely helpful! Only 1 ice machine worked and on upper floor, curtains needed to be changed, blackout curtains had a lot of the coating missing. Room definitely needed some freshening up! Outside garbage was overflowing for 2 days!"
