"This was my third stay at a CitizenM property and it was not the best thing. Not sure if it is a London hotel thing or just a CitizenM thing In London, but as a U.S. citizen who travels a lot, I was horrified that the hotel does not supply wash cloths...only hand and bath towels. No one could clearly tell me the reason behind it, just that they don't. So my question remained...how in the hell do you expect guests to wash their bodies? Hand towels are too large. The other issue was that the ipad was sketchy. I could not use at all to control the TV. The TV screen came on but I could not access any channels without using the remote. I disliked the location of my room but did not make a fuss because I was only staying 2 nights, but not a good thing to put a woman traveling alone near a door that employees only have access to. Let's acknowledge that everyone in our world does not have the best intentions and that is a huge safety issue to consider. The staff were very friendly and professional. I did not expect less and it was definitely another beautifully decorated hotel. I also loved that I was right next door to the subway station and located near so many things I wanted to see and do."

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle

"The hotel is located in a prime location, the staff was super nice and the accomodations addequate. The only thing that dissapointed was the bathroom and the furniture, it definately needs an upgrade, but the shower head and water pressure were great, but it was an old tub that show rust and it was a bit dangerous going in and out of it, I wish they upgrade to showers, more safe and convenient. The concierge staff and the staff at the check in desk were absolutely deligtful. I will go back again but I hope they upgrade the barthrooms!."

"Basic accommodations. The hotel does not have AC but they do not advertise they do so it was honest. Massive in scale around a 1,100 rooms if I recall correctly. Smaller rooms, parking and access was great and they had lots of staff to accommodate and assist. They really surpassed expectations there. Luggage accommodation precheck in. Just rooms outdated and no ability to get ice without the staff having to fill a plastic cup for you."

"Stayed to celebrate a special birthday and had a lovely time. A warm welcome from both the concierge and reception staff. Our room was very clean and the welcome message, card and prosecco were a lovely touch to help celebrate our special occasion. The breakfast was outstanding with an exceptional choice available, definitely something for every taste, and the omelettes were amazing! The VIP lounge was perfect for a drink prior to going out for the evening. The location was good with the tube station just around the corner. Will definitely consider staying here again."
