A really comfy bed in a very convenient location for commuting into central London. The room was small but we only needed to sleep and for this price, we couldn’t ask for anything more.
Short 1 night stay, the room was very compact but clean and comfortable, the bathroom with shower was compact too but clean and nice shower. There is a small off rod car park at the front. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk into Valentines Park and only a short walk onto the high street in Ilford
Nice place with air-conditioner. Safe and quiet. Would be nice if there's a towel hanger in the bathroom or even one or two hangers in the closet. Other than that, all good.
Room was clean only had an issue with the wifi but you have data so not really a big deal.Real star of the hotel is Milo the cat such a good boy!

Basic and noisy but clean and good London access
Cheap and basic place to stay with easy transport link to London (10 min walk to Ilford station and 30 mins on tube to central London)
Reception guy was friendly and helpful and it has a 24/7 reception and free onsite parking.
They gave us a room right at the back which we thought would mean it was quiet but sadly we were next door to a room that played pumping music all night, chatting and coming and going through the night. Not sure why we couldn't stay in the front part which seemed a lot quieter. Walls are very thin so bring earplugs. Otherwise it was clean and tidy.

Comfortable stay
Cosy rooms is located at the back of another hotel. Free on-site parking available which was really good. Also had free fast WiFi and a smart TV. However there was no remote for the TV.
Room was small as expected. Bathroom was super clean however no shower gel/hand towel/bath mat was provided.
Bed was comfortable, however it had super thin cheap sheets with no mattress protector so you can see the patterns on the mattress!
Walls could also benefit from a lick of paint.
Room has a skylight, which was nice until you're woken at 6am from the brightness.
Overall it was a comfortable stay. Room has potential if the things mentioned above are rectified. I can't really complain due to the price I paid.

While the inside of the rooms are updated and look like the pictures, the advertisement felt misleading. This is just a set of a few rooms in the back garden of a more rundown hotel. The walls were paper thin and I could hear the man snoring and baby crying in the next room as if they were in the room with me. This is a shared kitchen that was incredibly dirty so I never wanted to make anything in it. I was also in a room with only a skylight, no window. So I couldn’t block out the light in the morning and I couldn’t ventilate my room after a shower. It is about a 10 minute walk to an Elizabeth line station which is convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Best but at least they should come and clean the room and change the bedsheets for their cushions

Ok
Budget hotel, ok for 1 night stay only
I found the host to be a bit rude and confrontational on check-in
Room was good. Ungortunately 1 drawer was full of old McDonalds cartons. The staff cleaned it as soon as reported. Some noise from neighbouring rooms throughout night
Nothing. The staff was carrying a cat, when he was about to attend to me, he allowed the cat to move freely in the lounge. However, I told him to get hold of his pet as I am allergic to it. He then took the cat to the back of the house where the room I was supposed to occupy was. The passage way to the room was dirty, the cat was moving freely at the back of the house. Unfortunately, when I went into the room, I felt so very much irritated, and had to check out in less than 30 minutes of checking in.
Check-in was very easy. Because they only needed cash and didn’t even ask for our personal ID…
The stay was a very bad experience — I would give it 0 out of 10. There was a terrible bad smell in the room. There was no space even to breathe properly. It was useless — completely dirty. The bed and mattress were filthy.
The toilet was hygienic — I would give it 6 out of 10. There was no space in the toilet either.
Then, in the main room, there was a large glass panel on the roof which affected our privacy…
These rooms are not at all safe.
This OYO property seems to be running some kind of shady side business as well…
The property is absolutely unsafe.
I had come to stay with my family, and this was a very bad experience for me.
Even drinking water was not available. No hot water either.
I don’t even know if the AC, heater, or TV work.
The kettle might work, but it’s useless.
Staff are okay, but the overall atmosphere is very bad.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the money.
The room was only just big enough to fit a double bed in. The door to the bathroom couldn't be opened fully due to it opening out into the room. There was no windows apart from a skylight that had a blackout shade on, so no natural light. The accommodation was as if someone had converted a garage into half a dozen rooms.
The only pictures on the sight that look like the rooms are the ones of the bathroom.
There was one towel and no toilet paper in the room.
Asked the guy on reception if there were any other rooms that we could moved to, but there weren't.
I got in touch with Hotels.com to query a refund as we were not prepared to stay there, even for 1 night. The people at Hotels.com were great and negotiated a partial refund on our behalf.
If you are only wanting to stay someone for 1 night and don't have a waist size larger than about 30 inches, then this place may do if you don't have a large budget.
Era um quarto no fundo do quintal. Mas estava bem limpo e confortável com banheiro privativo. O bairro é residencial e fica bem longe do centro. Foi necessário trocar de trem três vezes a partir de Heathrow. Equipe cordial e atenciosa.
