"The picture shows exactly what the room looks like. It was basic and a lot of the furniture was old but it did the job. It was clean, our bathroom was new and the staff were very nice. For the location and price it was perfect for a short stay. Some rooms may have a lot of stairs but it was a very quiet spot, it had heavy curtains so was dark and the room had a fan so we had a good nights sleep. We were only give a bath towel each but maybe would have been given more if we’d asked. Perfectly...

"The location was great! Right outside Shepard's Bush station, and shopping center. For somewhere that central, I think the price was amazing. The room was really clean, and staff very polite and helpful."

"We ended up in a room on the top floor and we had to climb many flights of stairs. The bunk beds were small and not very good. They moved us to a better room which is what we were expecting - with twin beds. Not very impressed with the room. The place was centrally located and a 5 minute or less walk to the station."
