"Convenient location for seeing the city. Room was clean and a moderate size. Staff friendly and helpful. Eco friendliness dubious. Room notices claim that if you skip room cleaning they'll plant a tree, indeed one for every day services are avoided. I'd like to see audited accounts for that claim. This is a company that doesn't have a means to retain water in either of the two wash basins so lots of hot water is wasted. "

"It's the Steamship Rotterdam... a really special surprise for my family... I told them I booked a hotel.... and only when we turned the corner dit it click that this huge ship was our hotel... Super short stay, next time a longer visit to Rotterdam. Pity that it doesn't really have good transport (frequent) to Rotterdam and the Ahoy...I had to take the car.. otherwise would have been too late for the show."
