"Great location - Zubizuri bridge is right around the block, 10 min walk from Guggenheim and Moyúa, 20 min walk from Casco Viejo Check-in time is slightly inconvenient with front desk being out between 1-4pm. Otherwise, check-in was quick an simple and staff was very friendly and helpful. Private parking fee is expensive but is worthwhile given the convenience. Cute studio apartment - kitchenette is not as well-equipped as other apartment hotels we've stayed at, but offers ample bathroom...

"The hotel could never be a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, the safe barely works. The soap and shampoo are extremely basic. The linens don’t go with the size of the bed. And the staff is not helpful at all "
