"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Hidden Gem in London! 🇬🇧
When our taxi dropped us off, we thought, “Okay… where is the hotel?” 😂 We couldn’t find it anywhere! We asked someone working in the restaurant, and he said, “The hotel is right here — in the basement!” Needless to say, we looked at each other like, “The hotel is WHERE?” 😂
But honestly, what a pleasant surprise! The Waterway Hotel is small, with only three rooms, but our room was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed — a great bed, large TV,...

"If you're looking for spacious (a rare find), self catering accommodation in London, I would highly recommend. This accommodation is on the same road as the Maida Vale tube station with easy access to Paddington and Waterloo.
It has a well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine - basically everything you need. I stayed for 5 nights and it felt so homely. Plus there's a beautiful rear garden area to relax (again, another rare find for London). I would highly recommend...

"Everything was good, from the attention to detail of the bathroom and the bedroom. The bedroom is cosy, and one of my favourite things is how easy the procedure was to check in/check out, without needing anyone. Also, I love the fact the tv has Netflix and prime (some modern hotels do not have this, shockingly.) I would stay here again."

"The hotel itself is fair, the room has air conditioning, however, in terms of cleanliness is quite poor, it looks clean but there are some hair strands on unnoticeable areas such as the cushions on the chair, a pile of dust on the corners of the room, which may have caused me to caught hay fever during my stay. I booked 2 other rooms for my relatives, and they complained that some of their items are missing, although the items are non-valuable, which are luggage belt, tote bags and key lock....

"The place was clean and the automated check worked fine. Our unit was on the third floor with the kitchen above that under a sloped ceiling. Bumped our heads a few times before got used to that. The neighborhood lacks local restaurants of interest so we ate while out visiting."

"We did not be complete our booking in the apartment for our stay in london.
When we arrived very late at night it was disgusting. All the bedding was stained, there was food over the kitchen floor, dirty used towels in the bathroom, broken furniture and no windows to open for any sort of air. This is not what we were promised when we decided to book with yous. No photos that were given when booking were matched to any sort of standard.
When i called up the property to ask why our place hadn’t...

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests.
This keeps the feedback clear and constructive!
Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."

"For my first stay at the Millennium, I was kindly upgraded to a better room, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and overall very clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as I noticed a few short black hairs, which was a little disappointing.
The TVs could also do with an upgrade to include streaming services such as Netflix. Having only standard TV channels felt quite limited, especially when spending time in the room in the...
