"Beautiful hotel, very good customer service. Only downside was the breakfast. We were charged £17 per person for a pretty lacklustre offering. My husband requested pancakes which were on the menu for an additional £2.50, so we were expecting a spectacular stack as a result; what he got was a couple of shop bought small pancakes to go with a very dry sausage and one rasher of bacon. Given that everything else was top-notch in the hotel, we feel they should perhaps review their breakfast and...

"This was a superb stay due to a family feel and exceptional, caring staff. Everything was lovely, except the fact that we were in the old part of the hotel which is not very suited to extreme heat in the summer. Fans were provided but to little avail., it was roasting, even with door open at night.
