O apartamento é bom, mas tem alguns problemas graves. A iluminação é pessima, a porta da entrada precisa de um jeitinho pra abrir, a do banheiro não fecha. Não tem 1 lugar para pendurar toalhas, o chuveiro não é funcional. Na cozinha a funcionalidade dos armários também é bem ruim. A cama é muito confortável e a roupa de cama é boa. As toalhas de banho poderiam ser melhores. A localização não é das melhores, só pra quem estiver de carro.

Très déçu Appartement loué pour 3 adultes. 1 grand lit 1 canapé lit (décoratif) qui n'est pas un canapé lit ou du moins pour 1 enfants. Nous avons informé le gestionnaire via votre site mais aucune réponse de leur part. De plus loué pour 3 mais vous avez droit qu'a 2 chaises super pour le petit déjeuner entre amis. Enfin c'est une honte ne permettez pas de louer ce logement pour 3 personnes. Si non pour un couple le logement est agréable. Je pensais aussi qu'hotel.com vérifier la viabilité de prestataire.

Lovely apartment for a short stay in Lisbon. it has all amenities you may need for a couple of days. Kitchen appliances and all in good condition. It was neat and clean. It is well located, about a 15 min walk from two tube stations (Cabo Ruivo and Oriente) taking you anywhere in Lisbon and has two places for food shopping (Pingo Doce is worth a visit. Very cheap!) near by. Walking around the area is pleasantly easy with Parque das Nações just around the corner with some nice attractions such as restaurants, museums, casino, shopping center...

Muito Boa estadia

Área nova de Lisboa. Local incrível que ficou como legado da expo 2008. Tudo arrumado e novo, um pouco longe do centro de Lisboa, não tem metrô nas redondezas. Estadia foi 100% boa, segurança do local é excelente.

Nao foi possivel fazer o check in

Fiz a reserva chegando no aeroporto em lisboa, estava vindo de napoles Acontece que Nao é um hotel! é um apartamento que uma mulher aluga Nao tem portaria Vc chega e fica em uma rua sem ninguem Tive que andar 2,0 com 50kg de bagagem ate o proximo hotel e ainda paguei por isso Ate agora a expedia nao me atendeu para tentar cancelamento Se seu celular estiver funcionando no exterior vc entra em contato com quem eh responsavel para tentar resolver, mas se seu celular estiver só com o wifi do lugar(meu caso) Ai vc ta danado! Na rua deserta, sem comunicao e com a bagagem

Had a pleasant stay here. Much better than a hotel room but there is no AC and a phone is required to get in touch with them for check in.

spartan apartment

the girls who (a) answered the phone and (b) met us at the apartment were charming. however. i would have reservations recommending this property to anyone else. firstly. although clean, the place smelt fusty and was constantly full of flies. the grill / oven did not work. the freezer was so ice bound it was impossible to use. there was no first aid kit in the cupboard marked 'first aid'. there was no shower mat. the toiletries were barely sufficient to cover the few days of our stay and not suitable for washing your hair. But most disconcerting was the glass wall separating the bedroom from the bathroom which meant there was no privacy, whether you were taking a shower, a bath or indeed sitting on the toilet! this anomaly would make it unsuitable for two couples (there was a sofa bed in the living room). also, the bathroom sink was in an open 'hallway' styled area connecting the bathroom, bedroom and main entrance to the apartment, again, no privacy. we only had one bedside lamp. also, a number of ceiling light bulbs were out. the whole apartment was low lit and dingy. there were minimal attempts to make the apartment 'homely' and there were holes on the walls where pictures / mirrors had once been. when i have stayed at an apartment before, the basics such as salt / pepper / oil / vinegar were included. not here. there was a confusion over sundry payments which i will not go into here. the time delay in replying to emails (or not) was a little worrying.

Well-equipped apartment.

Very convenient accommodation in Parque das Nacoes. Bus stop and grocery store within 3 or 4 minute walk. Apartment fully equipped with stove, fridge, freezer etc.

Beautiful and spacious apartment

Fantastic stay! Very spacious apartment with a complete kitchen. Situated in a the famous World Expo neighbourhood, there are plenty things to do with the family, including the beautiful Oceanario. A big shopping mall and grocery stores are all at walking distance. The metro is also at walking distance; we took it to go to the Alfama. Please note: make sure to be in contact with the owners before arriving to set up a meeting time for the key exchange. Parking on the streets is free on weekends, the apartment offers parking at 10 euros per night.

The aprtment to be in Lisbon Marina area

The apartment was excellent. near to my KO meeting location, but a bit away from the city center. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay very much.

Marina Stay

The room was very nice, modern and clean with a nice view of the city. Unfortunately, we didn't have any hot water and the room was not ready at the time we were told it would be ready.
