"Awful check in experience, we couldn’t even gain access to the apartment as we arrived late in the evening. The staff manning the helpline number was picking up the phone and immediately hanging up. Frustrating to say the least!"

"Most of the reception staff were lovely. Some people might not like having to bend down in the rooms with a slanted ceiling. A good location although be prepared for the hill. The tea/coffee in the room are only espresso coffee or earl grey tea, no milk or other options but I did not ask reception for more choice. The breakfast could do with more variation but nice having bucks fizz. Tried the afternoon tea but was told there was no milk until the next morning, there's a supermarket a few...

"Overall this was the best experience one can possibly have. Although it was located on Pink street, the noise never bothered us as the windows have sound proofing covers. Staff was extremely communicative, and very nice. Its the small things they do, giving my daughter a daily surprise everyday. The cleaning service is a full service including dishes wash. It felt like a 7 star service. "
