"didn't have hot water in my shower and they said they were gonna send someone up. no one ever came. other then that the room was clean and cute. and vibes were cute. food at the cafe in the lobby was tragic unfortunately, bar staff was kind and had great drink suggestions."

"Two problems - 1. Check-in was VERY slow. It took the front desk staff 20 minutes to check in each guest. There ALWAYS seemed to be a problem.
2. There is a $40/night resort fee that was not included in the Expedia price and was not properly disclosed. It changed the hotel from a less expensive option to a more expensive one. I would've stayed elsewhere.,

"I only had a one night stay, but I would definitely stay again. Small but mighty room equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo. It had electronic shades and hooks for your bags and jackets etc. Many options to eat outside the hotel and a grocery store next door. The elevator can be a little slow but taking the stairs was not a problem.
The only issue I had which probably isn’t an issue everyday, and I had to check out pretty early, was that the free breakfast was not available...
