"Very good hotel. Unfortunately my request of connecting rooms was not attended. One elevator was not working so the only one in operation was a bit slow. The restaurant and bar was not in service during our stay due to a water problem they had."

"No breakfast cereal. Yoghurt pancakes and muffins with bacon and cheese. I bought my own fruit salad for the second two days. No room cleaning for a 3 night stay. I did get fresh towels in return for wet ones. Terrible acoustics in the room. Every time anyone put their bathroom light on the noisy exhaust fan woke us up. The floor above was creaking every time the insomniac above us wandered around. We had to go to Walmart and buy pillows as the ones supplied were tiny square things. I don’t know...
