"Spotless, newly finished room was very comfortable. Kitchenette was fully equipped and bathroom was a dream. Bigger than my apartment! Comfy bed, extra blankets, even decorations on the tables. Staff was friendly and informative with the best advice on where to eat or see. Checkin/out done remotely, no key, no lineups, no hassles. Very quiet building, walking distance to everything. Great view of the harbour from a balcony with table and chairs. Better than home!"

"We booked a room over looking the water and western Vancouver. The view was fantastic. Well worth the extra money. the hotel is at a fantastic location, surrounded by trendy restaurants in walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. and the self parking next to the hotel is expensive but very convenient. However, the staff at the front desk when we checked in was kind of cold and stern. and did not mention the $50 beverage credit that we should have got. That was very disappointing and...

"We went down for a Canucks game for my son’s 11th birthday and stayed here. I had emailed the concierge prior to our stay about our plan. Upon arrival the front desk, valet and bellhop all wished my son a happy birthday and when we entered our room there were Canucks coloured balloons, a pic of the mascot wish him a happy birthday, a cloth cake and even a Canucks scarf. My son was so excited and I was so very touched. It made us feel so special."

"This is definitely a 2 or 3 Star Motel. All buildings are older and show sign of neglect (ie Broken Baseboards, Paint peeling on exteriors, old Window Shaker AC's etc). Everything in the room was clean and worked as it should. Linens were fine and Bed was comfortable, except that I hate those Little Pillows on a King Bed instead of having proper King size Pillows The Staff were friendly and helpful. The Parking Lot was very tight for my fullsize Pick-up. The Breakfast was a Cold Buffet...

"This fantastic hotel is perfectly located for easy downtown sightseeing. We recently stayed and walked to a hockey game. Also walked to Seabus to get to the north shore for dinner the next night. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and the attention to detail was impressive. Would stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver. "
