"AC was not good"

"The rooms were standard for this type motel. Always kept clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was always fresh and tasty with plenty of choices. The Tiki bar was nice, although the food was pricey and took forever because of the large crowd there."

"The facility and staff were excellent. My only gripe is the mandatory valet parking. I like to have access to my vehicle at all times. Otherwise, a top notch facility. I would definitely recommend it."

"Room was clean but keep this in mind this place is bare bones . Bed toilet and shower . No chairs inside or outside your room . A small fridge that does not keep anything cold . A tv you cannot figure out . No paperwork that tells you anything and that you have to walk down the street and around the bend to a different hotels pool and beach access area ! Also NO closet !! Ridiculous! Worst hotel I have ever stayed . The only thing I can say is it was clean . Oh and NO WINDOWS ! So not even sure how it passed inspection with no egress incase of fire !"

"This was the perfect location to get to the beach and everything else going on in siesta key village. Room was in great condition and the staff was very helpful. Bikes and beach chairs to use were great, too! "

"Had a wonderful stay here! The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and very attentive. They even recommended a great restaurant, which we really enjoyed. The location is perfect—just a few steps from the beach. We were able to catch a beautiful sunset, which made the experience even more special. The room was very comfortable and clean. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back!"

"My wedding night ruined! Last minute booking. Called hotel to inform that I was just married. Went into voicemail. No return phone call. Arrived at Hotel. Young lady didn't seem to care it was our Honeymoon. She stated they don't acknowledge Weddings but I could have something delivered. Room with patio- totally outdated, very musty, two hard metal chairs in kitchen, old wrinkled, bleach stained curtains. Patio area full of weeds, broken fountain. No lights at night in fountain, traffic very loud from patio. Spoke to management, was told no refunds. A small family hotel."
