The property and facilities are amazing (beautiful, confortable and clean). One of the most beautiful hotel I stayed in. However, I think the staff is not very experienced (or understaffed). I was at the patio by myseld during the afternoon and the waitress never came to me (but she did served other tables around) so I had to go to the bar to order my glass of wine. This is very disappointing. Also, there was a miscommunication between the day and night staff at the lobby so they tried to charge the night twice at the Check out. Fortunately enough I had my receipt and bank transaction…

Déçus par notre séjour

Comme à chacune de nos venues sur Nantes, nous séjournons dans cet établissement. Le cadre est magnifique, le service impeccable et attentionné et les chambres très confortables avec une décoration soignée. Lors de notre récent séjour, nous avons dû déplorer le manque d'insonorisation entre le premier et le second étage et les incivilités de clients contre lesquelles le personnel a œuvré en vain ! L'éducation et le savoir vivre chez des clients de basse extraction sont malheureusement des vocables inconnus. Cela a un peu gâché le plaisir de notre séjour !

Magnifique lieu et personnel très accueillant et sympathique mais Manque de flexibilité de la part de la réception impossible de faire un late check out pour un départ un 13h au lieux de 11h. Et dans la chambre il y a des lumière automatique très gênante qui s’allume quand on va au toilette dans la nuit et reste allumé assez longtemps.

Excellent comme la dernière fois. L'hôtel est magnifique, aucun reproche à faire. Personnel au top. Par contre, très déçu par la brasserie. Le compte n'y est pas en terme de rapport qualité/prix pour un établissement de cette gamme. Prix abusif sur le vin au verre et quantités plus que minimalistes sur les produits. Dommage
