"It would be nice to communicate somehow so guests can better prepare that the train is very loud multiple times a night. The location is great but this was a fairly terrible nights sleep with the train. "

"It’s a newer hotel. Rooms are always spotless and roomy. Staff is always friendly and courteous. In spite of it not being right in the middle of all the A&M action, it’s become one of our favorite hotels in College Station. "

"We had high hopes for this hotel based on previous experience with Valencia Hotels.. BUT- Monday night no working AC called the desk 3 times no answer, next morning get a call that they were trying to locate a leak making the ac not work like it should. We had to go buy a fan, room was so hot and humid that the carpet felt wet. They had construction on the 3rd floor. No biggie other than the fact there was “no room” to move us to. Heard another guest complain and get moved rooms. Just...

"The room smelled of smoke the minute you walked in. After I complained the set off an “odor bomb” which only disguised the smell for a few hours. The smell from the smoke and the odor bomb was horrible and made breathing difficult. My daughter found a roach in her room. Do not stay here!"

"I only gave four stars for the last two as they are undergoing renovations however the staff is friendly and the manager/owner is fair and he does go above and beyond for his guests. It is good for the price and the location is very convenient to many restaurants ,retailers, and entertainment and recreation."
