What I liked: The staff member that greeted me when I checked in at 4 PM, was courteous. That's it. Here’s what I didn’t like: I had to sign an agreement stating that I didn’t have a pet and would be fined something like $500 if they found out I had one. She made a big deal about this. Interesting, because I was greeted by someone when I came in Saturday night, who had a large black dog that she was walking through the wall. Wonder what that was about? The parking area was cramped and surrounded by warehouses and broken-down air conditioning equipment. The staff took over part of the dining area for their common area. That was unacceptable. Hotel needs to find a place for the staff to hang out—not in the guest lounge and dining area. This was a turn off. Got to the room and it looked clean. Lots of other problems: No cold water in the sink by the coffee machine, fridge and microwave. I even tried to turn on the supply line, bu it wouldn’t turn. Bathroom shower had no soap holder or any place to put shower toiletries. Shower head and faucet were old and not much water coming out of the head—it needed to be replaced. Not enough pressure to deliver water to the shower and it never got hot. Trash cans were not lined with plastic—that’s standard. Bed and bath linens were old and needed replacement. The electrical socket by the desk area was falling out of the wall. I need more space to tell you about the horrible breakfast & fitness area.

Lobby smelled like dirty laundry water coming from their utility room. No bug's was a plus. Clean sheets and rooms were very clean. Descent hot breakfast sandwiches.
