"Awesome place to stay, especially if you have kids and dogs. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Staff was awesome and helpful with everything. The courtyard had lots of fun things to do and the arcade was great, if a bit loud. The oatmeal bar had me excited to get up in the mornings, and the drinks bar was good in the evenings. And they had treats for dogs at the front desk. Truly a great place to stay where we felt welcome the whole time. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Everything was great from the receptionist to the cleanliness of the property. HOWEVER, I would like to state when I booked the room the pictures showed a couch in the Double Bed with a balcony, and it did not. The room was very small, the A/C “worked” but never turned on throughout the night. It was stayed at 75 degrees on a very hot day. "Our stay was disappointing due to numerous issues affecting both comfort and safety. Check-in was slow, and although we reserved two rooms, we were initially checked into only one. The second room was assigned on the opposite end of the hotel before staff corrected the mistake. Throughout the evening, children and teenagers repeatedly ran through the hallways yelling, and late at night groups attending a local football tournament were partying in the parking lot. "The room was clean and breakfast was very good. However, the room that we stayed in had an air-conditioner that was very noisy periodically. It disturbed our sleep, so turned it off during the night. The smoke detector also began beeping in the middle of the night, so had to contact the front desk to reset it."
