"At the time of booking, it showed breakfast included but it was a surprise for me to see at checking that there was no breakfast included in the cost. Room was tidy except for a couple of hairs on the bedsbeet and some nails on the sofa bed."

"The breakfast was à la carte and included two cold items and a drink or one hot item and a drink. We didn’t know this the first day and got one of hot and cold item each. However the hotel staff were very kind and did not charge us for the extra breakfast. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping was excellent. "

"I always love staying at the Pasadena Rose & Crown Hotel when I'm visiting my parents. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are super-comfortable, and the showers are excellent. Rooms include a nice big screen TV with plenty of channels. Breakfast is fairly standard with hot and cold offerings. There's a laundry facility on site (need to pay) and parking is free. "Everyone was so friendly. Felt good been missing lately. Only issue was west side of hotel gets way too hot. AC couldn't do nothing to help. But everything and everyone was outstanding. Best part its still economical. "

"Night front desk staff was terribly rude and ignorant at time of check in and told me I had a certain time to check in to my room or else the reservation would be void then when I get there at said time he required, he then told me I could of checked you in at anytime. At this point I already left early from my dinner with clients to check in when there was no time restriction in the first place. Incompetent ignorant unprofessional overnight staff."

"I have lived in the San Gabriel Valley for over 50 years and i never stayed at the resort. I have golfed dozens of times but never stayed. It was the perfect staycation . Property is well kept and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I will visit again ."

"Like the free breakfast the most, which consists of various selection that are delicious. I am an early bird so the free breakfast really helps. Also like the free coffee and hot water that are available 24/7. I drink hot water so really appreciate the availability...Hotel staff are very friendly and the room is really clean. This hotel is always my first choice going to mainland. Thank you all and I really enjoyed my stay there."
