Restaurant food was nicely prepared and presented and was very tasty. The coffee machine (premier room) was a bit of a faff to use but when it was figured out, produced nice coffee. One comment we read said there was a £10 parking charge. This was not the case and parking was free for travellers, but you must register the vehicle at reception."

Whilst the address may exist (albeit with a different name - Worchester Villa rather than Village) be assured the lights will be out when you arrive, you will not receive a key code and your money will have been taken by some cold hearted, empty souled scoundrels. "Lovely friendly check in lady made it so easy and pleasant. We had a problem with our heating in the room but it was sorted fully. Very efficient."

"A bit off the beaten path but served it's purpose. First time booking premier inn on Expedia and had issues with a cancellation that Premier Inn was not wanting to correct. I have used Premier Inn a lot personally and for my business, but due to this frustration with their handling of a the cancellation request, I will be rethinking booking with them in the future."
