Hotel berdekatan Royal Pump Rooms

"Martha was a lovely, attentive host. Hedley Villa Guest House is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Free parking available directly outside. We had a lovely stay."

"The room was big enough with enough hanging and drawer space. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. Everything was immaculately clean. Our room was at the back so it was very quiet The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We could not have asked anything more of this hotel."

"We only crashed here for one night but very efficient check-in, plenty of parking, room was absolutely fine, what you would expect from 4* conference hotel. Buffet breakfast was very good in a relatively plush restaurant."

"Air conditioning was very noisy."

"Not sure how this hotel got a very good rating on Expedia. Not the cleanest, very dated. No heating control in the room, heating on and red hot all night. Creaking floorboards"

"Very basic, tired. The staff were incredibly helpful even though they are not employed by the hotel"

"Great hotel and friendly staff. Note for the check in: you cannot self check in as Expedia does not provide a QR code or the other necessary information"

"Super staff and very good breakfast included, definitely my go to hotel in Leamington Spa."

"Was unable to check in. Noone answered any of the phone numbers provided with the booking or on the door at the property. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE"

"Stayed for 1 night with my wife and 3 children to combine visiting Warwick Castle with Cadbury World. The hotel was excellent and the kids loved the knight theme, which surprised us as this went beyond the decor with entertainment and activities for the kids such as monster hunting and training with real knights! This made the trip extra special and with free parking and a great breakfast before we visited the castle made the day easy and enjoyable!"

"I felt very safe staying at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed. I have no hesitation in recommending it."

"There is no one to check you in or ask questions to until after 5 pm or so. The front desk isn't staffed in the morning but I finally found someone cleaning a room the following morning. He told me they would not store my small but somewhat heavy bag for pick-up after 5 pm when a front desk person would be there. I said I didn't mind waiting until 5 pm to come back for the bag. He then changed their excuse for refusing to hold the bag to "we can't be responsible for it". I wasn't asking them...

"The complementary hand soap and shampoo containers were empty upon my arrival and did not get refilled when I brought it to their attention. On the other hand they provided me with lots of ice and decaffeinated tea when requested."

"This is a lovely small boutique hotel with rooms that are quiet and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We were there for an event at the castle and would stay here again if I was in the area."
