"Great room for the price. Excellent location. Outdoor pool is heated so the kids absolutely loved it. My only complaint is more of a personal preference, but all the lights in the room including lamps were extremely bright white so not the greatest for a relaxed environment. Overall great experience. "

"I was a little disappointed and would have liked the fire pit to be more close to the hotel. It felt a little isolated and not with the hotel . The fire pit was also a bit to high . Didn’t have chairs around the fire pit to relax . But did have picnic tables to sit at . The pool and hot tub was amazing . It’s indoor heated pool with a kiddie pool as well. Breakfast was good as well . "

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Drury in Pigeon forge The staff was so friendly and helpful . Our delux queen room was very clean and spacious. We loved the pool and hot tub! And we really enjoyed the kick back snacks and beverages. We will definitely stay again!"

"Staff at the desk were very nice. Breakfast wasn't as stated. It consisted of coffee and pancakes unless you pay an additional $6 per person for an excellent one. Room was loaded with water bugs in bathroom area and a cockroach in bedroom."
