"I have stayed at this hotel previously on five occasions. It is convenient to the ski slopes and in the centre of Flaine. The ski boot room is heated and secure. Last few weeks in the season are AI. Top two floors are exclusive to Crystal, the other half of the hotel is split between French or other European groups. The entertainment is French orientated which some UK visitors really enjoyed. "Great location in a lovely village. Perfect for people with young children as the nursery slopes are right outside. Apartment had everything we needed. Check in was easy and quick. I'd recommend to call in advance and say if you need cot/towels/sheets as I didn't do this and had to wait a short while for these to be prepared. The manager/owner speaks English so it would have been very easy to phone in advance. We did have someone steal a hired sled when we were there which we had left...
