"Lovely property with excellent staff and services. Upon arrival we were provided with water while checking in, including a glass for our family dog who was traveling with us. Friendly and helpful staff who also assisted with finding us parking for our overly large vehicle. Great breakfast options to start the day. A centrally located property from which we were able to walk to many attractions. Overall a great experience. "

"Es un hotel pequeño y muy acogedor. Las habitaciones son más amplias de lo que uno supone. El aire acondicionado, maravilloso, de los que no abundan en los hoteles de España. Por hacer el check on line “premian“ con sodas, té y café ilimitados. Y la ducha, increíble: si indicas caliente, sale agua caliente en el acto, y lo mismo el agua fría. Y con un chorro contundente. Tiene al lado la estación del metro De las Artes y cruzando la avenida, la estación de Atocha. A unos pasos del famoso café El Brillante. Recomendadísimo."

"Unfortunately, when I stayed the main entrance door was broken so to get in and out of the property, I had to use a dark back entrance that was being renovated - which felt quite creepy, especially at night. But once inside, the hostel is a lovely, serene space with unlimited free tea, coffee and biscuits. My room was light, airy and had everything I needed. Hoping to stay here again when the front entrance is fixed!"
