"Staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee machine in the kitchen for breakfast was not working well, but other than getting a good cup of coffee, everything was fantastic! Room was beautiful, and the winery tour was also really nice. Highly recommend!"

The hotel is ideally located with perfect access to trams and restaurants and bars. Fabrice was very welcoming and met with us each morning and served us breakfast. "Wonderful host and experience!"

"Sylvie et Sebastien and Carla were excellent hosts. We felt so welcomed. Sylvie and Carla met us the first day with coffee and tea. They sat down with us and made sure we knew how the tram worked and everything Bordeaux had to offer. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and quite large. The bedding exceptional and bathroom very nice."
