"Traveling from the US for a quick visit to Rome. This hotel had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and bountiful, the beds were comfortable, and staff spoke English enough to get us in and out. The room was small, but that’s what we booked for the price. It was all we needed to just sleep and then get out to visit Rome"

"The property is located about 15 min walk from bus terminal (hoponhopoff) but it sits upon the 5 th floor, you must be buzzed in and take an antique elevator to the 5 th floor.( people at a time max). If you are on the 4th floor you will taking the stairs. Nice Chinese place next door and a great pizza place across the street. Breakfast is 10 Euro. Not bad but don’t expect any extra help from staff for say Hot water or a bowl of yogurt to take medicine. They are not accommodating. The made was awesome and helpful. Oh and the other building tenants hate you. I personally would never stay there again. Oh yea they sell tickets to Stuff like the coliseum for 57 Euro .. we bought ours for 18 Euro. ;)."

"Big hotel sign outside the building was “Royal Santina” and we had a little difficult time finding the hotel since we were looking for “Best Western” sign."
