"Hotel is alright. Its split in two so for some things you have to walk to the opposite end of the hotel. Staff wasn't very friendly only in the fancier restaurant staff was great! Everything is old such as towels, sheets with stains, no mat for bathroom. We had to use our hand towel. NO WI-FI in rooms was a big one for us. Food and drinks decent. Wanted coffee before our bus left at 730am and coffee wasn't ready when coffee shop opened at 7am. There was a gap from 11-12pm that there wasn't anywhere to eat. It does have access to the beach which was nice"

"A/c in the room was terrible. Call maintenance around 2AM because we couldn't sleep. Maintenance messed with thermostat left saying give it time to cool down. Around 10am we called agin. A different maintenance man came. Put the order in. Said they know the a/c isn't working properly don't know why they booked that room. Buffet was terrible. They have them nights. Not open buffet like other resorts. Room service has better options but not many. Are picky on dress code not an upscale resort for that. Bar open after 10 AM. Terrible if you have a hang over. Kids game room are lots of broken down missing items."

"I recently stayed at Las Palmas by the Sea for a wedding and unfortunately my experience was disappointing overall. The positives: the hotel staff outside of the sales team were friendly and helpful, the wedding we attended was beautiful, and the shower had great water pressure. The food, however, was very average. Most dishes lacked flavor, and the desserts seemed to be the same thing every day with only different colors or decorations. Nothing stood out as memorable or worth looking forward to. What really ruined our stay was the vacation membership sales presentation. We were approached with what sounded like a simple offer involving a free bottle and a city tour in exchange for some of our time. What was not clearly explained upfront was that this was actually a sales presentation for a vacation membership. Once we realized that and declined, the experience became extremely uncomfortable. The representatives we dealt with were very persistent and seemed unwilling to accept "no" for an answer. The interaction felt misleading and high-pressure rather than welcoming. Guests should proceed with caution and fully understand what they are agreeing to before attending any presentation. Another major issue was the room temperature. The air conditioning never cooled the room enough, and with the heat and humidity in Puerto Vallarta, it became uncomfortable to relax or sleep. It was frustrating enough that I ended up booking another hotel."

Secrets Vallarta Bay Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive

"We stayed at Secrets PV for our honeymoon and it was amazing. The accommodations were great and everything was easy. The staff is amazing as we've learned from staying at a different Secrets Resort. Shoutout to the Activities Staff David and Carlos, decent volleyball players. The food and drinks were always fresh and delicious. Will be back."
