The food was ok. Nothing great, but not terrible. Cheap lower grade alcohol.
Wi-Fi strength was good, but signal was lost every time when you change location, and you have to login again and again, multiple times a day.
We specifically booked an ocean view room, paid for it higher price. They didn't offer it. We've got a pool view room with very small portion of the ocean visible. The hotel didn't want to change anything. They called our room as "partial ocean view". They do have real ocean view rooms, but they said "those belong to members". Pictures on the Expedia provide a completely different view, unobstructed clear wide-open ocean view. Why do you offer (and ask more $$) a real ocean view rooms if it's not possible to get it at the hotel? When I complained to Expedia, I was offered a compensation in a form of digital $$ that is tied up to Expedia only and can be spent on some eligible hotels. How is that fair? I paid real money. I haven't got the service that I paid for, and now I'm offered some expedia-only points. Why?
