"The hotel is consistently clean, quiet and nice. We feel safe and know the rooms are updated regularly and are well maintained. I think they could invest in some new towels but the ones we used were white, clean and acceptable. The bed is way too hard for my husband but the sheets are soft and the pillows are nice. We love this hotel and really miss Tom the cook who used to make breakfast. He’s passed but made this hotel a must stay location. His spirit lives on! We will always stay here when in Lansing. . It’s the best hotel. My husband has stayed here for years and won’t stay anywhere else. "

"This place is amazing. Yes, the parking lot in the back by where I enter for my room was a little bumpy but other than that it’s a 10 out of 10 the staff is amazing. It was my first time ever booking a hotel. I didn’t know this place you needed to be 21 but they made an exception for us, which was amazing because we drove two hours there. "
