"We had to stay in a room for pets allowed, we had our dog with us. It was decent priced to have our dog with us only an extra $25 per day. We noticed the floor was messed up. The carpet was peeling back. There were a couple red stains on the bed underneath the comforter resembling blood or wine or juice but the location was awesome, everyone was super friendly & helpful! The rooms are very awesome looking also with the unique designs! :) the free breakfast was actually very good also!! Good sausages, pancakes & eggs!"

"The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly, great location for visiting Gatlinburg and getting around town was easy with the trolley. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Parking was free and very accessible. Looking forward to our next stay with them. A hot tub would have been nice but not a deal breaker."
