"Spacious room for airport hotel next to terminal. All good. Only there overnight so can't comment on food. Couple of minor negatives: 1. The shower was not very effective in terms of of a good flow 2. The double bed has a sprung mattress which was very comfortable but you could feel every movement of your partner. All in all, would be very happy to stay again should the need arise."

"I don’t know if this hotel has changed hands but the service I received at this hotel was terrible. There had been a mix up with booking a room. Initially, I booked a twin room to pay at the property, but I was charged before I got there. So then I rebooked another twin room with my partner’s credit card. The reception staff then claimed I booked two rooms. I hadn’t. Hotels.com told me they’d refund me the amount that left MY account. The reception staff tried to fob me off and said a refund would be coming my way. But as the first booking had my card details on it it will get refunded to me. They claimed the payment on my partner’s credit card wasn’t on the system. Then, despite it saying breakfast included, we were charged for breakfast. I shan’t be staying at this hotel ever again."
