"This is a charming boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I wish I had more time to stay there longer. The hotel safety was paramount; this is an enclosed facility that requires key card entry to get in the grounds - which are beautiful and great for lingering outdoors. Its about 30 minutes from the airport. I arranged a paid shuttle service with the hotel to pick me up and drop me off at the airport so I didn't mess with local taxis or uber. "The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. They even provided us with a packed breakfast for an early excursion and a snack for an early ride to the airport. The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. "If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...
