Outstanding stay at this place! Everyone was super helpful and most staff spoke English which was a relief after just speaking Spanish for the past few weeks; we’re from Canada. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve had yet. Will be coming back.

The room was spotless and the staff at the reception was very courteous and efficient. However, there were two bottles (conditioner and shower gel) missing in the shower stall on the first day. This was fixed without my mentioning it for the second day. Also, the room was not made up when I came back from my tour at 2 p.m. So, instead of geting my rest, I had to go out again after mentioning this at the reception. The room was made up when I came vack 3 hours later. That said, the room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet.

Great modern style property, very well located in Las Condes. Walking distance to Costanera mall, bars and restaurants. Nice, comfortable rooms. The rooftop pool was a bonus. Very nice restaurant for dinner onsite. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel and experience. I had a córner room with great light. Just the right size. Good shower and bathroom. Very attentive service. Wonderful spaces around the lobby for informal meetings, quiet work or reading. The bar is a bit small, but offers service also on the terrace outside. The restaurant Amandine has a great reputation with my Chilean friends and clients. But I did not try it.
