"My husband and I stayed for 7 nights between Christmas and Net Years. The staff were all extremely professional and very kind! The concierge was so friendly I felt like we had made a new friend. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The hotel was in the perfect Place to walk to the Smithsonian museums. The breakfast buffet had a large assortment of hot and cold foods each morning. Our suitcase broke in the flight to DC and it was no problem for me to have another one sent to the hotel from...

"Love the 24 hour complimentary coffee and tea. They have a nice selection of tea, too. Earl Grey and English Breakfast, as well as peppermint and chamomile. Staff was super nice and helpful, esp. Mauricio (early evening-10pm person). The beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean and had a lot of outlets and usb charging points, location was ideal and easy to get to.
