"Fantastic room with beautiful view over the harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere in the complex. Breakfast was excellent - hot food was hot and not dried up, and there was a very good choice of cereals, pastries and fruit. Would have no hesitation in recommending and would love to have been able to spend more time here. "

"I had an awesome stay at the Mercure Hotel in Townsville! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-organised. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help, which made the experience even better.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities. The pool area is a great bonus, ideal for unwinding, and the overall layout of the hotel...
