"The staff was very helpful and responsive. The only serious issue was that the shower in the room had no shower head. Therefore the water poured out of the shower as if it was a hose. Naturally this flooded the floor completely. As we were staying only one night and this occurred in the morning nothing could be done. When checking out the staff was attentive and said they would attend to this immediately."

"De accommodatie is een mooie verschijning, helaas valt de service tegen. Personeel wat afstandelijk en niet service gericht. Bij melden van klacht wordt er geen aandacht aan geschonken. Ontbijt eerste ochtend prima, tweede alles bijna op. Zwembad tegen betaling (10 euro per persoon) en moet je reserveren. Kamer, wat schimmel bij de douche en vlekken in de vloerbedekking. Hier en daar wat achterstallig onderhoud."

"The front desk people were very helpful and nice. We arrived early in the morning and our flight out was the next morning. We stored our luggage no problem and went out for the day. The train into the city is an 800 m. walk. We were lucky on the way back that a cab passed by. Otherwise we would have called an Uber. The station does not have cabs waiting. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good. The room was small and weirdly laid out with the bathroom opening next to the bed. The sliding...

"The hotel itself was great as well as the restaurant. Unsure how I didn’t know it was connected to a casino before booking but I was caught off guard when it felt like I was checking into the circus casino when it’s the same space as the hotel. Overall, location and everything was good but slightly uncomfortable leaving the hotel. Several sketchy characters lingered in the parking lot when we walked our bikes back and forth from the garage. If I felt more safe at the hotel and its surroundings,...
