I have one enormous complaint about this hotel which completely ruined my stay here and made me angry. I normally don't ever leave bad reviews but I'm leaving this one as a warning for other travelers. The hotel itself is perfectly nice and comfortable. The huge problem is the location and the completely FALSE advertising for which both the hotel and Expedia are to blame.
On Expedia it states that the hotel has airport shuttle service. That's the only reason why I picked it. Otherwise it's in the middle of nowhere in an incredibly ugly deserted office park. Well the shuttle service is NOT free. And it does NOT run from 9 AM to 5 PM believe it or not. And when it runs, it takes like one hour to go five miles. Yes you can take a train but you have to walk 20 minutes to the tiny station, wait 20 minutes for a train and then if you're going to the airport you have to all the way into central Brussels, change trains and then come all the way back out again.
I was completely stranded here, spent a fortune on taxis, and when I complained at the front desk about the misleading advertising, the lady was hostile and rude. Zero stars - avoid unless you have a car or plan on doing nothing outside your room.
