"Please don’t let my low amenities score discourage anyone. The main problem I had with this location is we were not shown or given all the amenities included in our purchase (spa access, sauna, etc). My cousin and I were very interested in the spa upon arrive but since we saw it wasn’t “included” or notified, we decided to make other arrangements. We met one young man who helped us sadly our last night who worked there, Kendall R, who provided excellent costumer service and also provided us with...
