"Everything was great nothing to complain or point out. We stayed in windowless room and this is good room if you want to have good sleep til morning since you cant tell if it is morning or not but in other hand if you need some sun to your room or outside view you have other options."

The location was excellent, right in the center of the French Quarter! Amazingly inside the unit it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The living area was spacious. There were always bottles of water and cans of soda drinks available for the guests. The pool was well maintained. Valet parking was very quick...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Haunted Hotel and Christina could not have been more hospitable!! She had the room warm and comfortable for our late arrival. Her directions for entering the property were excellent and included videos. We really enjoyed the courtyard and overall the hotel was very quiet and relaxing while being a short walk from the heart of the action in the French Quarter. The old building had so much character and charm. We loved our stay. "

"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"Loved this place! So clean and beds were ridiculously comfortable! We had our shower door came loose and let the management know. Within 30 min we had someone come out and fix it. This is weird but the pillows smelled so good because you can tell they wash and clean all the sheets after every guest. "
