"Property on main road but still a very quiet location. Staff very welcoming and rooms clean. Well maintained and adequate size. Breakfast was included which was a bonus and was the usual uk buffet style. Staff were overworked and we had to wait for a table to be be cleaned as it was busy but this was quick. Overall very good value for a nice hotel and would stay again if in the area."

"Hotel staff is always welcoming and helpful and beds are super comfy. Hotel is located in a very convenient area when visiting areas around Wirral and a nice stop when travelling further south and free parking on site. "

"Nice location. Everything fine. Nice to have 2 chairs in a double room, often other places only provide 1. I have no problems with anything here, but if you're looking for points for improving ratings, I'd say TV could have been bigger (couldn't really watch it from the bed in room 6), and it would have been nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast items like cereals, milk, juice."

"It was a good stay with clean and comfortable rooms during our stay. It close by to the countryside which is relaxing and quiet. The breakfast was great and in the pub associated with the hotel."

"Tv remote did not work. Breakfast supplies not replenished for quite a time after a large group consumed most of them. Room service failed to make up bed or replace used coffee cups. Who knows what else they failed to clean. Room generally felt tired."

"Easy to reach with walkable streets from the Airport. Self check in did not work but reception was working and could help out."

"Outstanding service levels and very convenient if you're going Cheshire Oaks or even Chester Zoo. Stayed with my family for 1 night and given it's a Holiday Inn, I have zero complaints and would definitely use this hotel again."
