"Easy quick check-in, room nice and clean, very comfortable bed, glad a fan was provided as the night was extremely humid. Great breakfast and good time availability, nice to have the 7am option. Perfect location for our needs, Oulton Park Racing circuit and Chester Zoo. Car park has barrier so car feels secure. Nice countryside location. Will book again should I venture to Cheshire again."

"We received a warm welcome upon arrival from Kenny and his staff, We had a day a Chester races planned and were struggling to get a taxi so Kenny stepped in to save the day and kindly took us in his car. The rooms were clean, tidy and had tea and coffee making facilities and The En Suite bathroom was well equipped and a decent size with plenty of room in the shower.The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise outside so a good nights sleep is assured. "Fabulous stay, beautiful building, excellent location next to lovely pubs, restaurants and shops. Nice walk along the canal into the centre of Chester. Breakfast was beautiful with lots to choose from and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely and clean , easy to find , car parking was easy enough after Hayley showed us the way around the back, room was so comfy, we had a separate bathroom , so husband got confused and got a little lost, but easy sorted. Breakfast you were spoilt for choice absolutely amazing. Thank you Hayley for sorting the single to a double bedroom without hassle . Definitely would recommend. "
