"The room is absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the VIP room and had views of planes landing and would have to walk down the corridor to watch planes taking off. There are only 4 VIP rooms so it’s the luck of the draw what you get. The room is perfect, comfortable, clean, close to departures and literally perfect if you’re flying from the south terminal. You get 20% off at Giraffe or Weatherspoons which is a nice touch. Definitely a nice stay especially travelling with young children, if you’re trying to avoid train delays or simply cannot wake up early in the mornings before your flight. Reasonable stay prices. I cannot fault this hotel at all. "

"Beautiful building, staff very friendly, pretty good gym, pool and spa. Breakfast was decent. Evening meal was nice, but vey expensive for what it was."

"Located in Gatwick South Terminal for easy access no need to go outside, off the train and follow the signs. Cosy and nice bar area, downstairs pub and restaurant as well. Nice food and good service. Big rooms and comfy beds. Highly recommend for travellers from Gatwick. Price was affordable pay £108 on my own and got big twin room."

"It was cheap but not cheerfull. I had low expectations due to the price, on the plus side the bedding and towel were clean. The room and corridors are shabby and in need of an overhaul. The worse thing was a shower which did not get warm at all. No amount of adjustment got anything but freezing cold water. It's a shame as it would have been cheap and relatively cheerful had the shower worked. Reception were apologetic."

"I booked online for my family of 6 with 4 small children. They woke us up in the MIDDLE of the night to tell us we had to many kids in our room and we would have to get a second room. My children were all happy sharing 2 twin beds top and tails. I just wish someone would have mentioned it at check-in while we were ALL standing there. So it doubled our cost and I had to stay in a hotel room without my husband and oldest son. Not family friendly or enjoyable. At all. "

"Stayed here for 1 night, didn’t know what to expect, but from walking into the hotel, the lady receptionist was lovely and really went above and beyond (thank you), and the hotel room was great—had everything me and my child needed. Would defo stay here again if I needed to. "

"Very disappointed in the breakfast . At no point were we communicated to the the breakfast was continental only . The pictures on all booking platforms show cooked breakfasts . If we had been informed we would have cancelled and booked at the hotel at the airport . I felt that we were mislead and didn’t get what we paid for . I informed the lady in the morning and the lady who checked us in and was advised that something would be done when the owner was back . "
