"Clean rooms, pleasant staff, beautiful property."

"I loved my room and the view; the balcony was nice amenity. The AC worked great, the bathroom was bright and spacious, and I had no issues getting restful sleep. I only wish the body mirror were not placed in direct line to the hanging station. There's bad lighting in that spot and it doesn't allow for full body pictures which defeats the purpose of the mirror."

"I booked the hotel because of the pool and the rate. and I could have chosen a different hotel in Austin 5 min away from downtown for the same price but chose this one because my son wanted to use the pool. I made sure to call and confirm the pool was open before booking. when we got there the pool was DIRTY lots of leaves, the floor had sediment the type that is slippery. DISGUSTING. I want a partial refund. we drove to the hotel to use the pool but the. because of this we had to change plans and go to the Burton springs late at night. it messed up our one night stay in Austin."

"Breakfast was great and started at 6am which is perfect when traveling! Great location - close drive to the city. "

"We stayed a week, no issues with the room. Due to guest being primarily used by workers and the rain, it was hard to keep it clean. No issues with parking. It is by IH35 construction, be aware they start working at 5:00am and it's impossible not to hear the noise. We were awake by 5am so construction noise was not an issue. Hotel does have a certain smell but again, we went when it was raining and it's hard to keep carpet clean. Price was affordable and that what was we were looking for. Other guest seem to be passing by, for some people, they might look homeless but they didn't cause any disturbances while we were there."

"This was a terrible experience an glass door fell on my daughter the first day of my stay and they did nothing they didn’t even clean up the glass until the next day afternoon they mad us stay in the room with no accommodation for the incident they are even trying not to give me a refund"
