However the building has aged considerably and repairs are needed from chairs i In guest room (wobbly), walls in guest room was patched poorly, etc… I would stay again for a quick budget overnight stay. If I’m in town for a few days, I would spend an extra $100 per night for a better maintained building."

"Would have been nice to know in advance that this hotel was being remodeled. Free breakfast was kind of a joke, strong paint smell in common areas, and no hot water in my shower on 2nd night. Will be nice when done but they may consider closing until complete."
